Tomer Bar-Meir
CEO
Mr. Bar-Meir has over 18 years of experience in the Gluten-Free Food Industry and joined the Eshbal following the merger with Bar-El Gluten-Free Bakery in 2016. Served as Eshbal’s CEO for 6 years and now will take responsibility for North American activity. He is a graduate of Marketing and Financing from the Ben-Gurion University and holds an MBA from Ruppin Academic College.

Danit Kochiva
CFO
Mrs. Kochva has over 9 years of experience in the field of finance and joined ESHBAL in November 2022. From 2005 to 2009, Mrs. Kochva worked at the accounting firm Deloitte as a senior in the audit department. Up to 2022, Mrs. Kochva has gained auditing experience in various public and private companies. She is a CPA (Israel) and holds a B.A in economics and accounting from Haifa University, Israel.

Saul Koder
CHIEF SCIENTIST
Mr. Koder is one of the owners of Eshbal. Has over 30 years of experience in the Food and nutraceutical business, held various positions in R&D, product development, Business development and as CEO.
Mr. Koder holds a BSc in Biology, MSc in Industrial microbiology from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem and an EMBA from Tel Aviv university.
Yuval Levy
CHAIRMAN
Mr. Levy, through Noki I.P Ltd., is the major shareholder of Eshbal. Noki has acquired Heintz-Remedia Baby Food, Arava Tea, Taami Baby Food, and founded Adama China. From 1991 to 2005, Mr. Levy was Senior EVP at Frutarom and GM of its Global Flavors Division, leading business development and global M&A. He holds a B.A. (Hons) in International Marketing from F.I.T. New York.
Dave Eto
DIRECTOR
Mr. Eto holds a Bachelor of Agriculture from the University of British Columbia and has 35 years of experience in private and public companies. He specializes in bakery, fresh and frozen foods, and cannabis. A startup specialist, he has launched two companies and is active in angel investing. Mr. Eto is President of Qumai SA and a Board Director at Free Point Technologies.
Sokhie Puar
DIRECTOR
Mr. Puar has 30+ years of public market experience, working in health, wellness, mining, technology, and clean energy sectors. He is the lead director and former CEO of Else Nutrition Holdings Inc. and a board member of Adcore Inc. He holds diplomas in Mechanical Engineering Technology and Business Administration from BCIT and serves as Vice Chair of Southpointe Academy’s Board of Governors.
Tamir Dagan
DIRECTOR
Mr. Tamir Dagan, through Shiran Representatives 2008 Ltd., is a holder of ESHBAL. He has over 30 years of experience in the food industry, as well as other industries. Mr. Dagan is the owner and CEO of Shiran Representatives 2008 Ltd. whose field of activity is international trade in raw materials for industries and representation of international companies.
David Bar-Meir
DIRECTOR
Mr. Bar-Meir, through LD Bar-El Ltd., is a stakeholder in ESHBAL. He managed “The Original Pancake House” in Israel for nearly 30 years. In 2003, he founded L.D Bar-El Ltd., launching high-quality gluten-free baked goods and making “Bar-El Bakery” a market leader. In 2016, he merged the bakery with ESHBAL, becoming a part-owner and serving in various management roles, including director.
Ifti Ifhar
DIRECTOR
Mr. Ifhar is an experienced CEO, CFO, and Head of M&A with strong strategic, financial, and operational expertise. He has led companies at various stages, from startups to large global corporations, and has extensive experience in global M&A. Mr. Ifhar holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics and an Executive MBA from Recanati Business School, Tel Aviv University.
Nancy Goertzen
DIRECTOR
Ms. Goertzen is a corporate director with 30+ years of experience in corporate development and investor strategy for emerging companies. She holds a Certified Professional in Investor Relations designation from Ivey Business School and the ICD.D from the Institute of Corporate Directors. Ms. Goertzen serves on the boards of Mission Group Enterprises, Nationwide Trusts I-VI, and Adcore (TSX: ADCO).
