The Company is issuing this amended news release to include additional second-quarter financial information that was omitted from its August 27, 2026 news release.

Eshbal reported revenue of US$8.76 million for the first six months of 2026, an increase of 30.4% compared with US$6.72 million for the same period in 2025.
